How we found each other.
Colombo, a rainy October
We met at a friend's birthday in Colombo 7. He said three words to me. I noticed his shoes.
A long, slow yes
Three years and a thousand WhatsApp voice notes later, we were inseparable.
On the rocks at Mirissa
He asked. I cried first, then said yes. The waves did not care, but the sky turned pink.
